Web Templates

Our web page templates are quick to download and easy to customise with your own images and text, saving you time and money. If you want to create your own website just follow these easy steps:

1. Search for a web template.
Use the above search engine or the navigation bar on the left to search our database of web templates. Search by category, keyword or the latest designs.

2. Choose one or more templates.
When you find a template you like, take note of the template number (item number) which can be found in the title bar of your web browser. You can then easily revisit the template by entering the number into the above search engine in the Item # field. Alternatively, add templates of interest to your shopping cart (these can be removed later).

3. Purchase your template.
You can safely purchase your website template from our secure online store. When you view a template, you can choose to add the design to you shopping cart or you can go directly to the purchase screen. These buttons are available at the top right hand corner of the template details screen.

4. Download your web template.
Once your payment has been accepted you will receive an email with the download instructions. It will be available for download immediately. If you lose this email, don't worry, you can contact our help desk and they will resend the email to you. At this point we recommend you also download your bonus offers which include free fonts, free clipart, and free photos.

5. Customise your template.
Once you have downloaded the template you are free to make any changes. You can add your own text and images, change the colours, add pages to the navigation bar, whatever you require. You will need an html editor such as Dreamweaver or FrontPage to make these changes.

6. Upload your web pages.
When you have made the changes, you just need to upload them to your server. Speak to your web host if you are unsure how to do this final step.

Web templates are available in html format which can be edited using Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive, Microsoft FrontPage or one of the many free html editors available on the web. We recommend using Macromedia Dreamweaver, the industry standard for web development.

You don't need to know html to use our web page templates, however, we recommend you at least learn the basics. There are many excellent web development tutorials on the net as well as many HTML books. It is also useful to know how to use CSS (cascading style sheets). CSS is a page which stores all the styles in your site, for example, fonts, headings, background colours. Having all your styles in one page enables you to make global changes with ease.
